Join Us Sunday, June 18 for the Corpus Christi Celebration, Ice Cream Social, and Christine Shannon's Retirement.
Celebrate the Real Presence of our Lord's Body and Blood at the Corpus Christi Mass at 10:00 am June 18, 2017, followed by a Eucharistic procession (weather permitting) on the parish grounds and Benediction in the church. After Benediction, all are invited to gather in Doran Hall for an Ice Cream Social to celebrate Christine Shannon's retirement. Be sure to thank her for her over 23 years of service to the Church and parish. The social is sponsored by the St. Charles Women's Council.

Moving Supplies Needed for Lowry Grove Residents
As we near the June 30 deadline for Lowry Grove residents to move out, there is a need for moving boxes, packing tape, heavy-duty garbage bags, and bubble wrap. The residents could also use help with moving from people with vans or trucks, garage space to store furniture temporarily, temporary housing, and assistance finding permanent housing. The Office of Vocations has opened registration for the first annual Quo Vadis Summer Camp being held at Saint John Vianney College Seminary on the University of St. Thomas campus. It will run from early evening on Sunday through the early afternoon on Wednesday. The camp will include Mass, prayer, talks, confession, rosary, and lots of fun and recreation! Quo Vadis is a camp experience to learn that nothing is more important than discovering God's will for your life--and living it! Catechetical Institute to Offer Ongoing Formation Classes
This fall, the Archbishop Harry J. Flynn Catechetical Institute will begin a two-year course in two different locations. Classes will be held at Mary, Mother of the Church in Burnsville on Monday evenings and at the Church of St. Andrew in Elk River on Tuesday evenings. Taught by some of the best instructors in the Twin Cities, such as Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Jeff Cavins, Deacon Joe Michalak, Fr. John Lockeman, Dr. Bill Stevenson, Fr. Peter Williams, Christina Smith, Alyssa Bormes, and more, the program follows the four pillars of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and will make sense of all things Catholic, deepen your faith, and lay out the road map to heaven. The classes are divided into four eleven-week modules, with two Saturday morning formative sessions per module.
